Facility Use Form
This form is to request the use of the facilities and equipment of Community Bible Church. Community Bible Church will not approve the use of the facility for private events not hosted by CBC. All activities held at CBC must be covered by an organizations insurance. Your request will be reviewed and you will be notified if we will be able to honor your request and what the fee will be. If approved, you will need to pick up a copy of the CBC Facility Use Policy from the Church Office.
