Qui subscriu (i en cas de minoria d’edat, els seus pares/tutors) AUTORITZA al Club d'Escacs Gavà per:

a) A través del seu personal pugui prendre fotografies i/o filmar a l'alumne individual i/o col·lectivament en el desenvolupament de la seva activitat mentre estigui integrat al Club. Queden compreses en aquesta autorització la presa d’imatges que es produeixi en activitats de promoció que es puguin fer com a membre del Club, així com en qualsevol esdeveniment al que assisteixi com a jugador.
b) Les fotografies i/o filmacions preses directament o facilitades per tercers, siguin emprades pel Club per actes de promoció i/o d’informació relatius a la secció, i/o a les activitats que organitza i/o gestiona el Club d'Escacs Gavà.
c) Amb la comunicació de les anteriors dades, AUTORITZO la incorporació de les mateixes a un fitxer automatitzat del que serà responsable el Club d'Escacs Gavà, tenint les esmentades dades el caràcter de confidencials i, per tant, seran utilitzades i tractades a l’empara de la Llei Orgànica 15/1999, de 13 de desembre de Protecció de Dades de caràcter personal, i normativa de desenvolupament.

Those who subscribe (and in the case of minors, their parents/guardians) AUTHORIZE the Gavà Chess Club to: a) Through his staff, he can take photographs and/or film the student individually and/or collectively in the development of his activity while he is integrated in the Club.
