On Wednesday 10/29, we reached a Tentative Agreement on a contract with WCM. Now, we'll vote on whether to ratify (accept) it! This Agreement includes historic economic improvements and establishes important new workplace rights for all Postdoctoral Associates, Fellows, and Visiting Fellows. We believe the Agreement would not only improve our lives as researchers, but would also help make WCM a more equitable, inclusive, and competitive research institution. The Bargaining Committee recommends voting YES to ratification.

We will be hosting a Ratification Town Hall on Tuesday, November 4 at 2pm, to answer questions about the contract and the ratification process, and discuss what comes next! The event will be held at Weill Auditorium, C-200 (1300 York Avenue, Second Floor, New York, NY 10065).
