Westbrooke Car Tags Form - 2025/2026
Please complete the following form to request car tags for your student (first family car tag free). You may pick up in the reception office starting on Wednesday, August 6th. If you need an additional one ($7.00 minimum donation) please leave a note and payment with the teacher to pick up at the office Thursday or Friday before school starts (office hours 8:00-4:00). You may also fill out additional information here and bring the money when you pick up.
