Youth Volunteer Registration
Youth Volunteer Registration (16 - 17 Years of Age)
Please carefully read the information below before registering:
Please note:
Parents must register BEFORE a youth can be registered.
A Youth must be accompanied by a registered parent at all times and during every shift.
Mandatory Safety Orientations
Safety is our first concern. Every day on each build site and in each ReStore there is a mandatory safety orientation. IMPORTANT: because site safety is so important, if you miss the safety orientation you will not be permitted to volunteer that day.
Volunteers must:

Be able to follow instructions independently
Be able to climb stairs comfortably
Have adequate vision
Be able to speak conversational English

Transportation and Vehicle Use
Volunteers are not permitted to use their private vehicles for any Habitat business (e.g. picking up food or supplies).
Volunteers must provide their own transportation to and from the various volunteer locations. Habitat will not reimburse volunteers for travel expenses or mileage.
Online Scheduling
Once you have registered you can self-schedule shifts online at WhenToHelp.com
