Software Carpentry Application
Thank you for your interest in Software Carpentry!
We at the University of Michigan SWC branch are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to help at two-day SWC workshops on campus. These workshops are held frequently, so there's sure to be one to fit your schedule. Also, being a helper opens up the opportunity to become an instructor.
As a helper, your role will be to help workshop learners troubleshoot issues, take notes, and assist instructors as needed. A typical workshop schedule is here:
Topics may include the Unix command line, R, python, and git.
