economy. Panelists will share the challenges and opportunities of zero
waste in food and retail, business models that keep goods out of
landfill, and other organizational considerations for businesses aiming
to reduce their environmental impact. Panelists will include local Ann
Arbor business owners, Erb Institute faculty, and others engaged in the
zero waste space.
