Tämän lomakkeen kautta voit ilmoittaa, jos olet kohdannut häirintää, syrjintää tai epätasa-arvoista kohtelua. Kuvaile tapahtunut mahdollisimman tarkasti ja vastaa ainakin kysymyksiin mitä, missä, milloin ja ketä tilanteessa on ollut osallisina. Voit myös halutessasi antaa muuta palautetta Tutin toimintaan liittyen.

Tutin järjestöhyvis käsittelee tilanteen luottamuksellisesti, ja jos haluat että sinuun ollaan yhteydessä palautteeseen liittyen, voit jättää sähköpostiosoitteesi.
