REQUIREMENTS  (REQUISITOS)
  • For students in 2nd to 8th grade in August 2026 (Para estudiantes de 2° a 8° grado en agosto de 2026) 
  • Family must be  registered in the Parish (La familia debe estar registrada en la Parroquia)  
  • Baptism Certificate (Certificado de Bautismo) 
8TH GRADE STUDENTS ENTERING 1ST YEAR OF COMMUNION
  •  Classes offered only on Saturdays at 1:30 pm
ESTUDIANTES DE 8TVO GRADO QUE ENTRAN AL PRIMER AÑO DE COMUNIÓN
  • La clases solo se ofrecen los sábados a la 1:30 pm
 INSTRUCTIONS
  • The following Registration is divided into 6 sections
  • After completing each section, please press "Next"
  • After Section 6 please press "Submit"
  • You may be asked to verify you’re not a robot, be sure to complete this or the form will not be submitted
  • If you are registering more than one child, please fill out a form for each child
