Teen Action Group Planned Parenthood Southeast 2014

The Teen Action Group (TAG) is made up of 15 Atlanta area high school students. Membership in TAG requires a significant time commitment and personal responsibility. TAG members will receive intensive/fun training to help them become trusted peers in their community through improving their presentation and communication skills. Training will include information on sexually transmitted diseases, teen pregnancy prevention, and health decision making. TAG will meet regularly to talk more about sexual health and how they can make a difference in their community. TAG is fun, informative and we give you a stipend!

    Mandatory Training

    Participation in the TAG program requires commitment and provides valuable leadership training, community service hours, an opportunity to earn a cash stipend. Please consider this carefully, and decide if you really have the time to commit to being a TAG member. Attendance at the 2 day training retreat is Mandatory. The schedule for the training retreat is: Friday Oct.10 and Saturday Oct. 11 Friday: 4:30 pm-7:30 pm Saturday: 10 am-3 pm

    • Attend monthly meetings and activities at designated times • Serve as a trusted Peer Health Educator to your peers • Have transportation to and from monthly meetings, TAG events, and weekend workshops
