As a teacher for three decades, I know how much it means to receive accolades from the students and families you serve, as well as from your colleagues. Teaching is not a job, it is a passion, a lifestyle, a calling, and it's not easy.  Thank you for nominating a deserving K-12 teacher.  One teacher (or counselor, teacher's assistant, intervention specialist, paraprofessional, etc.) will be selected each month.  The winning teacher will receive an official commendation from my office, as well as a gift card.  Selections will be conducted in a blind fashion.  Nominees must either live in or serve in a school in District 14 (Parma, Parma Heights, or Cleveland's West Park (from approximately West 130th Street to Rocky River Drive, north to Lorain Road).  For questions, please contact my office at 614-466-3485 or Rep14@OhioHouse.gov.  Nominations are due by the 15th of each month for the following month.  Best wishes for a great school year!
