SPRING 2025 OC FLIGHT AAU TRYOUT REGISTRATION 
SPRING SEASON INFORMATION
Practices are in Chester, NY, and will be having practices on Monday and Wednesday evenings.

Mid-April we will start playing tournaments. These are 2 games on either a Saturday or Sunday within an hour drive. 

Our season is 4 months long, ending in June. 

At the end of our season, in June, we will have a travel game to Ocean City, MD for the Battle at The Beach & Boardwalk Tournament. (Flight already has rooms blocked at a discounted rate) 

Cost is $248 monthly. You also have the option to pay upfront with a 5% discount. Uniform is a separate charge.

MEDICAL WAIVER AND RELEASE 
Orange County Flight Basketball llc and any facilities where tryouts, practices, or games will be played will assume no liability for injury or damages arising from the results of the above named Athlete’s participation unless due to the willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Orange County Flight llc, its affiliates, or agents. Due to the strenuous nature of basketball, the Athlete participating and their parents are urged to consult their physician concerning the Athlete’s fitness to participate. Basketball presents certain inherent risks and hazards, which the participating Athlete is urged to consider and which the Athlete assumes the outcomes of such risks and hazards. I hereby approve of the participation of my child, the above named Athlete, in the OC Flight Basketball tryout program and consent to the emergency medical treatment for my child on my behalf. To the best of my knowledge, there are no physical or other conditions which will interfere with my child’s participation.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE 

I hereby give permission for images of my child, captured during Orange County Flight Basketball activities through video and photo to be used solely for the purposes of Orange County Flight Basketball promotional marketing materials, social media and publications, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein a likeness appears. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge Orange County Flight Basketball from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators and any other persons acting on my behalf. I have read this release before signing below and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release.

 1. I understand that, shall your child be selected for the AAU team, all athletes must do their best to attend all practices, games and tournaments. 
 2. I understand that all Athlete’s must tryout and play in their Grade for which they are eligible per AAU Rules.
