âś… Yoga mat or an anti-slippery carpet is must.
âś… Yoga accessories like bolster, bricks, strap, dumbbells, etc. may facilitate certain movements.  Â
âś… Avoid sessions on periods or illness and inform prior on WhatsApp.

âś… In the group session, listen to your body and avoid overexertion. Also, respect each other's time and try to
catch up together, while being mindful of your own capacity.
