Seal of Biliteracy Inquiry Form
Students interested in pursuing a Seal of Biliteracy on their Wolcott High School diploma must complete this form.  In addition to completing this form, candidates seeking a Seal of Biliteracy will be required to be tested for proficiency in the additional language that was required.
