Typically, we provide one 8' folding table and two chairs per group.  Do you have any special needs for your group's space?  We will try to accommodate requests as possible.  Unfortunately, we cannot supply tents.
Fresh Pond Day brings a lot of folks to the Reservation, which can make parking tight.  We do our best to reserve parking for event participants but strongly encourage carpooling, biking and use of public transit.  Please give us an estimate of how many cars your group will be coming in.
