Below is information on the shifts to select from - you can choose to sign up for any number of shifts.  Volunteers are responsible for transportation to and from the event. Students will receive service hours (please provide a form for us to sign).
Parking and a meal will be provided

Option 1:
Date: Saturday, July 29, 2023
Time: 10am-2pm
Task: Offload truck and set up the ballroom and auction area
Dress code: Comfortable. You will be lifting and moving items
 
Option 2:
Date: Saturday, July 29, 2023 
Time: 2pm-6pm
Task: Set up the ballroom and auction area
Dress code: Comfortable. You will be lifting and moving items
 
Option 3:
Date: Saturday, July 29, 2023
Time: 4:30pm-8:30pm
Task: Guest Service: Answer questions, help Guests with the bidding system. PLEASE - only sign up for this shift if you are very confident in approaching Guests.
Dress code: Casual attire. Dress, dress slacks and shirt. Please no jeans, shorts, t-shirts, sneakers or flip fops. 
 
Option 4:
Date: Saturday, July 29, 2023
Time: 7pm-11pm
Task: Check Out: You will help box and sort items and assist guests with carrying items they may have won during the auction.
Dress code: Casual attire. Dress, dress slacks and shirt. Please no jeans, shorts, t-shirts, sneakers, or flip flops. 
 
Option 5:
Date: Saturday, July 29, 2023
Time: 9pm-1am
Task: Tear Down: Clean-up and re-pack props and equipment
Dress code: Comfortable. You will be packing items and loading them on the truck.
