+ Commissions are opened in limited slots (five at a time) on a first-come-first-serve basis. Patreon members are given priority submissions.
+ If you have a deadline to your commission, fill out these details at the bottom of the following section (under "considerations"), and I will let you know if the piece will be finished before the given date.
+ Once approved, an email confirmation will be sent containing an invoice of your request. Venmo is preferred for all transactions, but if you choose to pay with Paypal, then an invoice through the site will be shared.
+ Your commission will not begin until full payment is received upfront. Email me at
wurmivv@gmail.com if accommodations are necessary. Payment plans may be requested.
+ I will update you with snapshots of your sketched commission through email. From here, you may request for any revisions before I begin finalizing the image. You will be given 24 hours to ask for changes. No changes will be accepted as the image is being rendered. There are no refunds if the image doesn't meet your expectations.
+ The final piece will be sent to you through email as a .PNG or .JPEG file. If you requested for the drawing to be sent to you, the illustration will be shipped on a Tuesday or Thursday following completion. You will be notified once it has been shipped.
+ This commission page is for [personal use only]. You may not sell your illustration for commercial purposes. Contact me if you wish to request a collaboration for merchandise, animation, books, covers, or other fields of work.
