We want to recognize all past alumni of the Lady Kahok volleyball team this year with a home game dedicated to you!

September 11th we are hosting a home game against Granite City where we will have a serving game in between the first and second set of the varsity game. All those who fill out this form will be able to participate.

Snacks will be provided as well as admission to the game. We would appreciate you coming before the varsity game starts to show your appreciation for the continued legacy of the Lady Kahok Volleyball team!

There is an option to just show your support and watch or participate in the serving game.
