ELIGIBILITYThe ICMA Conference Assistance Scholarship is designed to provide financial assistance to emerging managers who are beginning their careers in local government management, current managers with limited resources, and managers-in-transition.
Applicants must demonstrate how his or her background and/or financial situation merits the receipt of a Conference Assistance Scholarship in the essay questions below. In the past, 2-6 $1,000 scholarships were awarded. The number may vary in 2019, based on qualified applicants. ICMA will include a free conference registration for first time attendees and MITs.
Current ICMA and CCCMA membership is required.
