2019 SPRING Rummage Sale Rules + Application
RUMMAGE SALE  AT THE FULTON STREET FARMERS MARKET

ABOUT
This year will our 2nd ANNUAL great big RUMMAGE SALE at the Fulton Street Farmers Market (FSFM)!  The purpose and intent of this event is to provide a space for neighbors to gather and have an open marketplace to sell and buy from one another: a all neighborhood inclusive “garage” sale, or in this case “pavilion” sale! This event will be open to the public and all surrounding neighbors are encouraged to participate in this opportunity. All proceeds from stall fees for this event will benefit the Fulton Street Farmers Markets 501(c)(3).

After the rummage sale ends, there is an opportunity to donate any unwanted items directly to the Salvation Army.

EVENT DETAILS
WHEN: Sunday May 19th, 2019
WHERE: 1145 Fulton Street East (FSFM Pavillion)
EVENT: 12PM-3PM
SET UP/BREAKDOWN: 10AM-12PM/3PM-4PM

STALL RENTALS:
Neighbors will have the opportunity to rent stalls under the pavilion for a fee. Small and Large stall spaces will be available on a first come first reserved basis; based on application and fee submission. There are 28 small stalls available and 20 large corner stalls available. Neighbors may rent multiple small stalls based on product load.

STALL FEE STRUCTURE
SMALL: 2 Stall space, table included with parking spot directly behind $25
LARGE:4 Stall spaces, located on the a corner, table and three parking spots included
(a parking spot can be used to house larger rummage sale items if need be) $50

For those paying in advance will receive a $5 discount for an early bird price! $20 for a SMALL Stall + $45 for a LARGE Stall.

APPLICATION PROCESS
All interested applicants must fill out a completed application and those interested in the early bird stall fees must submit their stall payment to the Fulton Street Farmers Market with their application.  Stalls fees may be handed in to the Market Office during open Market hours or mailed to 1145 Fulton Street East, Grand Rapids MI 49503.

Those paying DAY OF EVENT must submit their payment at check-in.  

Market staff will send a confirmation email once application (and if applicable fee) is received. Additional details and stall assignments will be emailed to accepted applicants closer to the time of the event.

RUMMAGE SALE RULES + REGULATIONS
There are no refunds for stall fees.
The currency accepted during this event will be cash and check only.
Vendors are not permitted to park in customer parking.
This event will occur rain or shine.
This event is intended to serve as a neighborhood wide rummage sale, this is not to be a marketplace for businesses to sell products.
If a stall is vacant by 11:30, we reserve the right to resell it.
