Web Services Project Request
Please complete this form to submit a project request for Web Services. Project requests must be submitted by a Rowan University employee and submission of this form is required. New projects include new websites or features, large-scale changes to existing websites, third-party integrations, or any other project that requires development services. Incidents and support requests should be submitted to support@rowan.edu. Please follow this minimum lead time guide when requesting a project delivery date:

- New site using existing template on existing domain for existing cascade contributor - 21 days
- New site using existing template on existing domain for new cascade contributor - 30 days
- New site using existing template on new domain - 45 days
- Existing site name change/rebrand - 45 days
- New feature requiring design and development for an existing template - 60 days
- New template - 180+ days

If you are unsure what category your request falls under or whether it needs to be handled as a managed project, you can submit a ticket to support@rowan.edu for clarification. Earlier completion dates will not be considered. Please complete this Project Request Form as completely as possible and provide as much information as possible to in order to prevent any delays to the project intake process. Web Services will review your request within 10 business days and provide an initial response.
