    Position Descriptions

    Although everyone on the Executive Board helps each other out, there are specifically designated roles of each position, which may change depending on how the selected individuals work together as a board. However, these are the "typical" duties of each position. PRESIDENT - Manages and coordinates all meetings, events, and activities of the organization. VICE PRESIDENT - Manages and coordinates the Mentor/Mentee Program. Serves as contact point for Women's History Month. SECRETARY - Takes minutes for general and executive board meetings. The Secretary is the head of correspondence with members and books rooms for events and meetings. TREASURER - Manages the group's finances. Works with the accounting office, takes care of reimbursements, orders meeting and event food, and coordinates fundraising efforts. EVENTS COORDINATOR - Coordinates speakers and events that are put on by the group. COMMUNITY SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - Coordinates community service opportunities for the group.
