Bridgeway Community Church Benevolence Application
The application is for Bridgeway Community Church Partners and attenders to request financial assistance.  

All applicants are REQUIRED:
   - To submit a recent copy of the statement or bill in your name (not older than 30 days).
      * Send to the Benevolence Team via email at benevolence@bridgeway.cc or via fax at 410-730-5543.  Do NOT send or drop-off at either campus office.
      * No screenshots accepted.  
      * NOTE: If a copy of the bill is not received the request will NOT be processed and considered VOID after two weeks (14 days) time.
   - To have a session with someone from our financial team.

IF APPROVED, it can take up to 3 weeks for payment to be processed.
