شبكة المرأة السورية /شمس منظمة غير ربحية مرخصة في تركيا منذ عام 2013 تعمل في مجال تدريب وبناء قدرات النساء، المناصرة والمدافعة عن حقوقهن، تهدف لبناء مجتمع ديمقراطي قائم على الحرية والعدالة والمساواة بين الجنسين، تتألف الشبكة من مجموعة منظمات ومن أفراد .
تسعى حاليا لاستقطاب خبيرات وخبراء للعمل ضمن مشاريعها الحالية
العمل : وضع خطة استراتيجية لتحويل منظمة شمس الى اتحاد منظمات وفق متطلبات القانون التركي وتدريب فريق من المنظمة لإنجاز هذه العملية .

The Syrian Women’s Network / Shams is a non-profit organization licensed in Turkey since 2013 working in the field of training and capacity building of women, advocacy and defense of their rights, aiming to build a democratic society based on freedom, justice and gender equality. The network consists of a group of organizations and individuals.
It is currently seeking to attract (female or male) experts to work within its current projects
Required task: Develop a strategic plan to transform the Shams organization into a federation of organizations in accordance with the requirements of Turkish law and train a team from the organization to accomplish this process.
The contract period is 45 days.
