Please complete one form per student, per class. You will receive an email with detailed information about the class prior to the scheduled start date. Class costs will be applied to your Swain bill (this will happen only after a class begins and we are committed to the instructor and the supplies). Those charges will be non-refundable. For registrations of students that do not attend The Swain School, an invoice will be mailed to you and payment is expected before the class begins. For any of our adult classes, please type N/A in the spaces that do not apply.
