+ By October 30th Non-Japanese teams wishing the advantageous deals must submit the application web form and copies of air tickets of all member via email.
+ By November 18th or much earlier Organizer responds the application is accepted or not. Although organizer will close the application web form when reaching the number of applicants exceeds its capacity and announce Team list accepted as participants even if it’s quite early before this date.
+ By November 30th Non Japanese teams must submit a scanned file of the the air tickets of all members of the team to prove its schedule to Okinawa by this date. Entry fee payment by Japanese teams must take place by this date. Otherwise other teams on the waiting list will come up to replace your application.

(2)Teams must attend the session with local kids and teenagers for 3 hours in the morning on 30th December/ 10am-13am. More detail of this session will be informed directly via email. COVERED The following will be provided to the teams for free. / up to 10ppl. -Place to stay (IN 28th- OUT 30th) -Rental cars (IN 28th- OUT 30th) -Lift for the SEM car and tools form NAHA air port to the venue/ round trip -Sets of batteries for both practice and race. -BBQ party admission fee -Event admission fee
