1.Pendaftaran / Registration
Peserta hendaklah membuat pendaftaran secara online. Jika terdapat kesulitan semasa pendaftaran atau mempunyai masalah untuk membuat pendaftaran awal, kaunter pendaftaran akan dibuka pada 29hb June di Skatepark Mont Kiara bermula 10am sehingga 12pm. Tiada sebarang pendaftaran dibenarkan selepas pukul 12pm pada hari tersebut.

SETIAP PESERTA HANYA BOLEH MENYERTAI SATU (1) KATEGORI SAHAJA

Participants must register online. If there are difficulties during registration or have problems to register early, the registration counter will be open on 29th June at Skatepark Mont Kiara from 10am to 12pm. No registration is allowed after 12pm on that day.

EACH CONTESTANT CAN ONLY ENTER ONE (1) CATEGORY ONLY.

2.Yuran Pendaftaran / Registration Fee
Pendaftaran dalam talian / Online rider registration = Rm10.00 (sebelum 27hb June 2024)
Pendaftaran di lokasi / Onsite registration = Rm20.00/pax
Peserta luar negara / International rider  = Rm50.00/pax

Pembayaran perlulah dijelaskan pada 29th June 2024 semasa pengesahan kehadiran.. Pembayaran adalah secara TUNAI sahaja

Payment must be made on 29th June 2024 during confirmation of attendance.. Payment is in CASH only

3.Lesen Berbasikal UCI / UCI License 
Semua peserta digalakkan untuk mempunyai lesen UCI . Kad hendaklah dibawa bersama semasa pengesahan kehadiran pada 29hb June 2024 (Jika ada)

Lesen boleh dimohon melalui laman web MNCF License Registration

Jika lesen telah dibuat tetapi masih belum diterima, peserta boleh tunjukkan sebarang bukti email/pengesahan pembayaran di kaunter pendaftaran.

Pertandingan national championship ini adalah bagi mengumpul point UCI seperti yang dimaklumkan tujuan penganjuran.

No ID UCI adalah diwajibkan, akan tetapi pihak penganjur telah melonggarkan syarat dengan membenarkan penyertaan tanpa UCI ID, akan tetapi peserta tanpa UCI ID tidak layak untuk mendapat kelebihan berikut :

A. Perlindungan Insuran (PKBM)

B. National champ jersey (tertakluk kepada peserta warga malaysia sahaja)

C. Uci Point (hanya peserta dengan UCI ID yang belum tamat tempoh sahaja yang layak, dan tertakluk kepada kategori ELITE dan WOMEN sahaja) 

Contoh : 

Peserta B telah mendapat tempat pertama di dalam kategori ELITE, akan tetapi peserta B tidak memiliki UCI ID, National champ jersey dan UCI point akan diberi kepada peserta seterusnya yang memiliki UCI ID iaitu Peserta C. Akan tetapi Peserta B masih boleh mendapat wang tunai, medal, certificate berdasarkan ranking podium.


All participants are encouraged to have a UCI license. The card must be brought with you during confirmation of attendance on 29th June 2024 (If available)

Licenses can be applied for through the MNCF License Registration website MNCF License Registration 

 If the license has been issued but still not received, participants can show any proof of email/payment confirmation at the registration counter. 

 This national championship competition is to collect UCI points as announced for the purpose of the organization. The UCI ID number is mandatory, but the organizers have relaxed the conditions by allowing participation without a UCI ID, but participants without a UCI ID are not eligible to get the following advantages: 

A. Insurance coverage (PKBM) 
B. National champion jersey (subject to Malaysian participants only) 
C. Uci Point (only participants with an unexpired UCI ID are eligible, and subject to ELITE and WOMEN categories only) 

 Example: Participant B has won first place in the ELITE category, but Participant B does not have a UCI ID, National champion jersey and UCI points will be given to the next participant who has a UCI ID, which is Participant C. But Participant B can still get cash, medals , certificate based on podium ranking.

4. Mesyuarat Peserta / Riders Meeting

29 June 2023 (12pm) . Saturday
Kehadiran buat semua rider adalah digalakkan buat semua rider. Pihak teknikal akan menerangkan segala peraturan serta format pertandingan yang akan dijalankan

Attendance is encouraged for all riders. The technical side will explain all the rules and format of the competition that will be conducted

PENGESAHAN PESERTA

1. Pertandingan adalah terbuka untuk semua
2. Sebarang kemalangan/kecederaan adalah di bawah tanggungjawab peserta
3. Kehilangan barangan peribadi di kawasan sekitar adalah di bawah tanggungjawab peserta. Pihak penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab di atas kehilangan tersebut
4. Semua keputusan pengadil adalah muktamad. Sebarang rayuan tidak akan dilayan
5. Pihak penganjur mempunyai hak untuk membatalkan penyertaan peserta yang didapati melanggar peraturan pertandingan/penyertaan

The loss of personal belongings in the surrounding area is under the responsibility of the participants. The organizer will not be responsible for all the loss 4. All decisions of the judges are final. Any appeals will not be entertained 5. The organizers have the right to reject the participant who are found to be in violation of the competition/participation rules I hereby have read and agree to all the information as stated.
