Online Privacy

Dear Participant,

I am a Research Scholar, conducting a research on the topic: “Online Privacy as a Boundary Control Process of Students: A comparative study of Nagaland University in India and University of Ljubljana in Slovenia”, at North-Eastern Hill University, Meghalaya, India in the Library and Information Science department, under the supervision of Dr. P. Hangsing and Dr. P. Južnič .

The purpose of this survey is to examine students’ perception of online privacy. Part 1 consists of 20 questions, which are related to demographics, socio-economic predictors, Internet skills, religious beliefs and culture. Part 2 has 19 questions regarding your online privacy perception. 19th question is optional. To facilitate this, I am kindly requesting you to fill, to the best of your ability and knowledge, both parts of the questionnaire.

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. All information you volunteer will be treated with strict confidentiality and only used for research purposes.
