A Heart to Heart Workshop
Border walls. Denying climate change. Judging others. Staying busy. Avoiding painful feelings. These are examples of protective structures – ways that we, personally and societally, try to stay safe and in control. Yet these very ways can leave us less safe and less connected to our true life and the world around us.

There’s a way of living that Heart to Heart brings to jails and prisons throughout the Delaware Valley. It is a way of being radically rooted in oneself and one’s own experience and deeply committed to welcoming the Other.

Learn more about and experience this powerful way of life. Join us in exploring the core Heart to Heart practices of identifying protective structures, risking vulnerability, and surfacing our essence.
