By selecting Agree, you are in understanding that payments final due date is June 21, 2024, spots cannot be confirmed until payment has been received. If you are with a direct sales company that only allows 1 vendor per show, you will not be marked as attending until payment has been received. All payments are final and there are no refunds.

BASKET RAFFLE:
By selecting Agree you are in agreeance that you will need to donate a basket for the Fourth of July Committee to raffle off during the events. The proceeds from the raffle go directly to the 4th of July committee to continue celebrations for the following year. Donations need to be neatly inside of a basket, with items visible to customers. You will need to have your donation ready at check in. The basket must have a retail value of a minimum of $25.

By selecting Agree; you are agreeing that you understand that no electricity, tables, chairs or canopies will be provided and must all be provided by the individual sellers. Unless agreed upon previously by Ashley herself.
*WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRINGING A CANOPY, THIS IS AN ALL OUTDOOR EVENT AND IT CAN GET HOT.*

By submitting this application, you are agreeing not to hold any festival committee member, the Village of Pardeeville, or directors of the event liable for any damaged articles or stolen goods in Chandler Park at any time during the duration of the festival.
