Welcome to the Masterclass Music Festival, presented by Gig For Good. We are investing the concept, execution, and financial backing to create a first-of-its-kind festival in Malaysia that connects corporates, musicians and youths through live music performance. This is more than just a gig; it is a platform for growth. By performing here, you gain the opportunity to:

SECTION 3: CATEGORY SELECTION

Gig For Good is selecting bands that fit into three specific tiers. Please select the tier you are applying for. (Note: Final placement and remuneration are subject to the Promoter's selection and the final Artist Agreement).

FEATURE BAND (45 min set) - Only 6 slots available

SECTION 4: THE ARTIST AGREEMENT & COMMITMENTS

As part of your band's commitment to contributing to the success of the festival and the development of musicians in Malaysia, you must agree to the following terms.

The Promoter's Commitment: I understand that Gig For Good is committing the concept, execution, and financial investment for this festival to provide a platform for our band's exposure and professional development.

Festival Attendance & Networking: We commit to attending at least one full evening of activities at the festival (from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM on the day of our scheduled set) to maximize networking opportunities with attendees, speakers, and fellow musicians.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation: We commit to creating one (1) promo video content per week based on the 5-phase marketing plan provided by the Promoter (totaling at least 12 videos over the 12 weeks preceding the festival).

Individual Member Promotion: We commit that individual band members will create practice/BTS videos to promote their respective performances, featured on their personal social media channels.

Collaborator Tags: We agree that all festival-related content, whether posted via the band's official page or personal social media channels, will add Gig For Good as a Collaborator on the platform.

Live Event Cross-Promotion: We commit to verbally mentioning and promoting the Gig For Good Masterclass Music Festival during our band's (and individual members') other live gigs and performances leading up to the festival dates.

Payment Terms: 50% deposit upon confirmation, 50% within 10 working days after July 26th.

Indemnity & Liability: The Band and its individual members agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gig For Good, its partners, sponsors, and the venue against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and injuries arising from the Band’s performance, actions, negligence, or breach of this agreement. Furthermore, we acknowledge that Gig For Good is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to our personal instruments, equipment, or belongings brought to the festival.
