HavenCon 4 Panel and Event Submission Form - Deadline January 15th
Thank you for applying to host a panel or event at HavenCon 3: "That's So Retro!"
Our community lead panels and events are really what make HavenCon special and we are excited you have chosen to join us!
Below you will find the form to submit your ideas for a discussion or event. If you are chosen you will receive 1 Moderator's badge. Additional passes for panelists can be purchased at a discount.
We will do our best to accommodate your time and date selection, but please be aware that we may not be able to give you your first choice due to the amount of stuff happening at this years show.

Tips for a successful application:
Only completed forms will be accepted.
Be as descriptive as possible. We use the information here to complete our schedule information.
LGBT+, POC, and other minorities in geek culture will take precedence in our selection process.
Events are open ended, but should be aimed at being entertaining for as wide a group of people as possible. Gaming tournaments or something similar are always fun.
