The focus of this one-day circle will be self-compassion and love. Through the mindfulness activities of play, journaling, meditation, movement, and more, we will connect more deeply with ourselves and others in the circle. If you would like to stay at the Barred Owl the night before or after the retreat you may do so for $60.00 a night for a private room, though you may have a shared bath.  Limited availability.
