Do you get frustrated by offensive or out-of-date language being used in your workplace, school and/or community? Do you spend a lot of your time explaining inclusive terminology to people? If so, we'd appreciate your help.

To support organisations and communities in having difficult conversations respectfully and effectively, we are building a free online Glossary (https://www.unlrn.co.uk/glossary) that goes beyond academic definitions and includes the stories and opinions of real people.
