7-8PM :: Lantern Parades

3-6PM :: Helping bands get around Boston for Day of Action performances

3-6PM :: Cooking Friday dinner

6-9PM :: Serving dinner

10AM-noon :: Setting up for Saturday festival around Davis Square

12-9PM :: Bucket passing in Davis Square

12-9PM :: Working the merch table in Statue Park

8PM-1AM :: Driving shuttles filled with musicians and instruments from the festival to the post-HONK! party

8:30-11:30AM :: Setting up and serving pre-parade brunch

11AM-2PM :: Helping with the HONK! parade

2-6PM :: Bucket passing in Harvard Square

2-6PM :: Manning the merch booth during band performances in Harvard Square

2-6PM :: Stage managing at the main stage in Harvard Square
