GENERAL VENDORS
Fall Festival Vendors are welcome to sell or display food, goods and merchandise during the festival.
Please adhere to the following guidelines:
General Vendor FEES:
A 10 X 10 space is available for $30.00 and a 10 X 20 space is available for $40.00. Space assignments are first come, first serve.
- Vendors are responsible for having proper insurance, license and pass any health department and fire marshal inspections. Any food vendor operated by a nonprofit civic, fraternal or religious organization are exempt from licensing and inspection by the Division of Hotels and Restaurants.
- Vendors are not permitted to solicit or sell outside of their booth space area.
Food Vendor FEES:
A 10 X 10 booth space is available for $35.00. Food truck spaces are available for $50.00 (Please provide the size of your truck).
GUIDELINES:
- Tents, table and chairs are the responsibility of the vendor.
- You must anchor your tent with weights or stakes.
- You agree to provide ONLY quality merchandise, and all are subject to approval from the Fall Festival Committee.
- City electric is available at no additional charge. Vendors are responsible for providing their own extension cords. Generators are not allowed unless approved by Fall Festival Committee.
- Vendors are responsible for charging their own sales tax.
- Vendor fees are due with your required advanced registration. Fees are non-refundable.
- Vendors may set-up their booth anytime between 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. the morning of the event.
- Vendors must be open between 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. the date of the event.
- No smoking allowed.
