Please read carefully.

1. Sending an ORDER FORM means you have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions stated here. Be sure that you are 100% sure of buying. Once you submit, you can NO LONGER CANCEL your order. Cancellation of Orders after filling out OF will incur 50% of Cancellation Fee from the Deposit Payment (DP)

2. No to bogus buyer please. Let's not waste each other’s time and effort.

3. Please input your correct information (ie. name, address, contact number).
We will not be liable any cases of wrong delivery address or such.

4. An email will be sent within 24-48 hours once the order is confirmed. This will contain your ORDER INFORMATION, PAYMENT DETAILS and FORM. Order and payment confirmation will reflect in the masterlist within 1-3 days business days.

5. Payments including LSF (local shipping fee)and PF (packaging fee) must be paid ON or BEFORE the given deadline to avoid any delays and/or cancellation.

6. Shipping Fee Rates  will always vary per location and courier therefore we can only provide the estimated price stated in the Order Confirmation. Excess amount will be refunded.

7. Damage of items by international and local couriers will not be under our liability as all items to be shipped out are in good condition and will be fully checked by the supplier and the seller.
   
8. ETA is subect to change. Delivery time frame may be based on the international and local couriers processing. We will post the updates as soon as we received the notice from them. Any delays due to 9unexpected circumstances(eg. weather condition, custom delays) will be posted accordingly. We ask for your understanding and patience of updates.

9. For any unexpected cancellation from the supplier, refund will be given as soon as possible.

10. We have the right to decline any order(s) or disclose buyer(s) info from RUDE BUYERS.

11. Buyer(s) who failed to pay for their order(s) will be automatically blacklisted, blocked and considered bogus buyer(s)
