Calleguas Creek Watershed Agricultural Management Measures Practices Program (CCWAMMP) Survey
The CCWAMMP grant program will reimburse farmers up to 60% of the cost of implementing agricultural management measures (MMs) and irrigation efficiency upgrades that demonstrate improvements in nutrient and pesticide management and on-farm irrigation and energy efficiency.
By completing this survey, you are indicating your interest in potentially participating in this program. By submitting this survey, you are not entering into an agreement to implement MMs or efficiency improvements. The information that you provide will simply help us to determine which farming operations best align with the goals of this grant. If you operate multiple parcels and wish them to be considered for this program, please complete a separate survey for each parcel.
