Puesta del Sol PTA Financial Aid Guidelines

All applications will be treated with confidentiality and respect. Student names will only be seen by the current PTA Deposits Treasurer. Should any questions or concerns arise, they may consult other Board members for advice without disclosing names. 

The aid application is good for one school year. 

Financial Aid limits and guidelines are set at the discretion of the current year PTA Board and may change during the school year depending on budget needs. 

To be eligible for assistance, students need to be currently enrolled at Puesta del Sol Elementary and families must indicate financial need by filling out this form. 

This form contains THREE sections. Please make sure to complete all three sections.
