Please complete this form to start or renew membership of Cotswold Crusaders Boccia Club for 2023/24.
We will use the information provided to ensure that you are kept informed about club events, to ensure safe and effective participation in club activities and to manage your membership with Boccia England where relevant.  All information provided will be used and stored in accordance with the Club’s Privacy Policy Statement.
Membership fee for the year is £20.
Membership fee plus Individual membership to Boccia England is £25 *

*Required if you want to participate in league matches and/or individual competitions.
