We want to know how you, your family and community are being affected by the current crisis. This information will help us campaign for real change to our housing system. All answers are anonymous and will be treated in confidence. The survey has four sections. When you complete one, it should take you to the next, where it says "Continue to next section". Please use the space at the end of each section to give us any more information you'd like to add.
