2015 Squads Nomination Form
NUSEA member programs are encouraged to nominate at least one middle school student and one high school student (if any are enrolled). It is important that these first two nominees be among the top players, adjusted for age, in their program.

Programs may nominate more than 2 students, but only if the additional nominees are experienced players who compete at the Silver- or Gold-level. It is critical that all nominees be very serious and focused about their training.

Deerfield: programs with enrollment of up to 50 students are permitted to nominate up to 5 students, programs with enrollment of 50+ are permitted to nominate up to 10 students.

Virginia: programs with enrollment of up to 50 students are permitted to nominate up to 4 students, programs with enrollment of 50+ are permitted to nominate up to 6 students.

Stanford: Western programs have priority in squad selections. Midwest & East Coast programs may nominate up to 4 students.
