This is a policy that customers should obey before receiving their orders. Before the delivery of the product, the customers are required to pay first in order to give assurance to the sellers.

This policy only applies if the customer wants to have a refund of the cash. If the customer wants to refund the cash, then the paid cash from the customer is given back. If and only if the product has a major defect upon 24 hours after purchasing it. The major defects include:

1) loose strap
2) the zipper cannot be unlocked
3) ripped or detached cloth

The customer is given a day to message or call Inno Crafters to resolve the issue. Any issues encountered with the product should be messaged directly to us.

Note: This only applies if the customer wants the money back, requesting a refund is not accepted if the customer did not experience any defect with the product for 24 hours.

This policy applies to any customers who purchased the product. A one (1) month warranty is given to the customer. Any defect experienced when using the product is taken into account and a new product will be delivered within a week upon feedback.

Note: it is just for one month, Inno Crafters will not be responsible for the condition of the product after a month.
