See the sub lease pricing structure below for rates and to guide you in deciding how much time/ space you may need to lease. Selection of office spaces is on a first come, first served basis. We are happy to schedule a time to tour the space with you.
Rates are $100 per half day increments in a shared office space per month. Half day increments are mornings, 7 am - 2 pm; or afternoon/ evenings 2 pm- 9 pm, Mon.- Fri. An entire day per week/ per month is $200, so an entire office per month would run $1200, including a Saturday rental. Initially leases will be for 6 months, as the Collective gets established.
1/2 day rental / month = $100
whole day rental/ month = $200
Whole week rental/ month (incl. Sat.) = $1200
