Outdoor Kids OT- Job Application

We're looking for pediatric therapists or therapy assistants with at least 1-3 years of experience working with children and leading groups. Outdoor experience with children is a plus. You must love the outdoors and kids, + be flexible, friendly, fun, creative, open to feedback and collaboration, committed to providing excellent therapy services, and willing to continually reflect on your practice and grow as a clinician.

This position is in Oakland and Berkeley, CA. 20 hours per week, with potential to grow to full time. This would involve running 3-4 outdoor therapy groups per week and seeing a few individual clients outdoors. Preference will be given to those therapists available to work a few hours on 2-3 Saturdays per month, as these are our most popular times for groups. Summer hours are flexible but would involve working 2 weeks of summer camp starting in 2023, with the potential to continue seeing individual clients throughout summer.

Base pay for California therapist positions is hourly $48-60 per hour with bonuses available based on current bonus structure. Other benefits include paid sick leave, workers comp insurance, & disability insurance. We also offer paid team meetings monthly for professional growth and business development. This position has the potential to grow to full-time salaried employment which unlocks additional bonuses, 4 weeks of paid time off, and benefits stipend.

We pay all of our therapists hourly.  We pay for every minute you work (documentation, phone calls w/parents, treatment planning, and direct service provision, etc.).  What is your expected hourly rate of pay?
