UoN Skydiving Welfare Form
We want our members to feel safe, happy and included during their time at uni, at socials, and whilst skydiving. This form is anonymous and a chance for you to let us know how you're doing, and ask for support if you'd like to. The committee has access to the responses of this form, if you would rather get in touch with someone directly please do so, or DM @uonskydiving and ask for the committee member you feel most comfortable speaking to. This could be the President (Maddie Trask) or either of the Social and Welfare Secretaries (Leo Copeland or Abi Virgo). 

If you experience a safeguarding issue whilst at Langar, please follow this link https://www.skydivelangar.co.uk/policy/safeguarding/ to report a concern, or speak to their Safeguarding Lead. You can also let us know in this form if something's happened and we can support you.
