FIBRES WEST 2018, March 23/24 Vendor Registration Form AGRIPLEX, Cloverdale Exhibition Park, Surrey
1. The Agriplex (6050A – 176th Street, Cloverdale, BC) is a large open area with concrete floor, several doors to load in and out of and free parking.
2. There are no dividers or curtains between booths – please bear in mind when planning out your space.
3. Load-in is 1 pm-8 pm on Thursday, March 22 (staff will also be available from 7:30am on Friday, March 23). Vendors must be cleaned up and gone no later than 8 pm Saturday. Show times are 9:30-5 on Friday and Saturday.
4. Cars are not allowed in the Agriplex for load-in. There are many exterior doors that will be indicated on the floor plan. Please bring your own hand cart or dolly.
5. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their own booth and floor area during and after the show. No boxes, bags, tape or other items are to be left behind. Please take your trash with you.
6. Tables and chairs will be placed in your booth space for you.
7. Floor plan available on website prior to show. Receipt, name badge(s) available at booth on set-up day.
8. We award two large prize baskets per day. Vendors are asked to contribute an item valued at approximately $20 retail to the door prize (please attach your business card to the item). Collected on set up day.
9. Fibres West/Penelope Fibre Arts purchases liability insurance for vendors and the general public for injury during the duration of the show. We are not responsible for injury sustained outside the venue or theft of personal possessions or product.

11. Café is available at venue during show hours.
12. As in past years, an ARTIST’S GALLERY will be organized – a piece of your work can be displayed with your business card. A Volunteer will be available during set-up to take your item. There is a People's Choice Award for the most "liked" item in the Gallery show.
