Rise N Shine Foundation is a student-led non-profit organization. If you are a student and are passionate about giving back to our community and leading change, you're in the right spot!
Ways to Join:
- Compost Leader: More involved with the implementation of composting programs at schools. Work with the school's green team (if applicable) and engage with students to raise excitement about the program and help them sort their waste. School visits on their first day running the program
- Food Recovery Team: More involved with food recovery. Recovers food businesses, sorts food, and helps with its distribution. Host pop-up pantries once a month.
- Sandwich Making Team: Make sandwiches twice a week to donate to homeless shelters.
- Communications Team: Create social media posts, update the websites, send sustainability reports once a month to schools, community outreach
