Create Mobile Explorations for your students with Active Explorer!
In five minutes, with no programming knowledge, you can make your own kid-friendly expeditions for students that they can access on their smartphones or tablets. With a free Active Explorer account, you'll have access to the "Quest Creator," where you'll name your Quest, type an invitation, and build a "to do" list detailing what you want your kids to collect. Students then join the Quest on their mobile device, see your Quest instructions and have access to all the tools they'll need to complete it: camera, sketch pad, data charts, graphing tool, audio recorder, GPS, etc. When they're done, they upload their collection to their own on-line work space, where they can make reports, posters presentations— even comic strips— and share them with you.
