Completing the form below will give counselors all the information they need to build your schedule for Senior year. It is important to complete all fields. If there is something you need counselors to know that affects your scheduling, please put those notes at the end of the form.

If this form is not completed by the deadline of : February 27th, counselors reserve the right to place students in classes as seen fit based on availability.

If you have already fulfilled a graduation requirement , please respond with "done."
